The platform builds on decades of real estate investment and restructuring experience. Its roots trace to the work of Martin W. “Marty” Taplin, a nationally recognized investor and workout specialist who over a forty-year career managed, restructured, and disposed of more than $6 billion in commercial real estate assets across the United States, including assignments for major financial institutions and the FDIC.
Earlier family involvement in South Florida real estate includes the 1960s development of the Harbour House Apartments in Bal Harbour by Sol Taplin, coinciding with the early growth of the Miami residential market.
Leadership
Neil S. Sazant, Principal, leads investment strategy and oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations. He is a Florida-licensed attorney with experience spanning acquisitions, development, financing, asset management, and portfolio repositioning across multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality assets.
His background includes involvement in the ownership and management of large multifamily portfolios and institutional-quality properties in major markets. He brings expertise in structuring complex transactions, lender negotiations, capital partnerships, and long-term asset optimization.
